Made me lol.
I want a water tank for my trailer, not a butt pump thank you.

would NOT recommend, way to much pressure for comfort, I couldn’t sit for a week.

Wait, wait... is it a water-butt pump, or a water butt-pump? Because those are two different things.

Oh this is no typo, it’s a thing, it just took me by surprise. Tank, tank, tank, tank, ...butt pump?

I still can’t tell even by looking at it. Didn’t realise my local hardware store had a ‘beauty’ department.

I didn’t realize a
water butt
was a thing. You Brits - always ruining English.

I don’t think that’s the only thing it goes up.

Fun fact, ‘fanny pack’ translates into my local patois as ‘vagina bag’.

True enough. It’s such a farcical word in general, though. You convinced me to look up the etymology to see which of our great countries decided to come up with it and how, but apparently nobody knows. I have to assume it was evolving slang for the underwear region, probably based on the lady’s name Fanny (dim. Frances, etc.), about the time of our great disagreement, and any vulgarity in NA just sort of died out in the past 240 years or so.

Over here it’s just called a bum bag. Not much better. If you could’ve spent a bit longer up here in the North East I could’ve introduced you to a whole new world of dialect, slang and colloquialisms! Geordie is something special. Like: I’m gannin doon the toon to see a geema foota wi’ me marra, chuck us me snouts off the table will ya pet? I’ll need ‘em for when we ‘av a deeks at the Mackems.

Wasn’t one of these the subject of a porn spoof or something in the early 90s?
